An update about COVID-19 and stock levels

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitisation of all our products, facilities and deliveries. All incoming goods, food and packaging are quarantined for 3 days before they are checked in, stored and re-packaged for deliveries.

Our team is committed to staying healthy and helping our customers stay healthy, too. We are suggesting that you put deliveries somewhere to quarantine them, for at least three days, then wash your hands.

We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Our supplier's production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond their and our control and may cause a bit of a wait.

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.
