Our proofing basket for proving dough is made of dishwasher safe polypropylene with strong and sturdy construction. Colour-coded in orange to represent 1,000 g limit (limit applies to approx. quantity of dough) for ease of use. Use a liner or lightly coat with vegetable oil before use. Also known as a banneton or proofing basket.
