Proofing basket for proving dough made of dishwasher safe polypropylene with strong and sturdy construction. Colour-coded in green to represent 500 g limit (limit applies to approx. quantity of dough), for ease of use.
Use a liner or lightly coat with vegetable oil before use. Also known as a banneton or proofing basket.
